helvetica, sans-serif\"><b>\u00a010 de enero de 2024.- Las y los legisladores sancionaron en la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la gesti\u00f3n legislativa anterior, la Ley que permitir\u00e1 al Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda y H\u00e1bitat (IPVyH), poner en marcha <\/b><\/span><a style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-weight: bold\" href=\"https:\/\/www.legistdf.gob.ar\/lp\/indiceleyes\/Leyes%20Sancionadas%202023\/52%29%20Creando%20-Programa%20especial%20de%20regularizaci%F3n%20dominial%20de%20bienes%20inmuebles%20propiedad%20del%20IPV%20y%20H%E1bitat%20de%20la%20Provincia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">el proceso de saneamiento dominial y registral de las soluciones habitacionales<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><b> y de esta forma podr\u00e1n controlar que sean destinadas exclusivamente a \u201cvivienda \u00fanica familiar\u201d.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">En tal sentido, el ente aut\u00e1rquico podr\u00e1 ejercer el rol de contralor y evitar que sean ocupadas por personas o familias que no fueron los originales adjudicatarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">En el art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 se declara \u201cde inter\u00e9s provincial la creaci\u00f3n del Programa Especial de Regularizaci\u00f3n Dominial de bienes inmuebles propiedad del <a href=\"https:\/\/ipvyhtdf.gob.ar\/#!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IPVyH<\/a>, con id\u00e9ntico esp\u00edritu al instituido por su antecesora, la Ley provincial N\u00ba 820\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Cabe destacar que en los fundamentos de la iniciativa, presentada por el Ejecutivo provincial, desde el organismo reconocen que a partir del movimiento demogr\u00e1fico que vive Tierra del Fuego desde hace d\u00e9cadas, se observan transacciones entre adjudicatarios y familias que se radican en la Provincia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">Este tipo de intercambios genera un mercado inmobiliario paralelo, \u201cque escapa al conocimiento del IPVyH, y deja como consecuencia, ocupaciones irregulares\u201d, manifestaron en los fundamentos. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">En t\u00e9rminos legislativos, el asunto obtuvo dictamen de la comisi\u00f3n de Legislaci\u00f3n General N\u00ba 1 e ingres\u00f3 bajo el asunto N\u00ba 623\/23.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">ZV<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,
